Responsibilities Job Description

• Provide patient care in a ward setting, ensuring comfort and well-being.
• Monitor patient health and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist in emergency situations, delivering prompt and effective support.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-hospital care.
• Conduct routine checks and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the medical team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in ward rounds and contribute to patient assessments and planning.
• Support the admission and discharge process with accurate documentation and patient instructions.
