Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hostels in order to provide service support to the company.

• Responsible on the foreign worker’s discipline in the hostel and ensure workers adhere to hostel company policies and rules & regulations.

• To ensure the general well-being of the residents which includes cleanliness, health, housekeeping, all maintenance issues, safety and security at the hostels.

• To conduct patrolling at the hostel from time to time including inspection / spot checks.

• Monitoring and update records on hostels.

• Assist in foreign workers needs and welfare; medical related issues.

• Assist in assigned ad hoc duties as when required.

Requirement

• Must possess at least SPM in any related field.
• Diploma holder also encourages to be in the position.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written)
• Detail-oriented, neat, and organized.
• Maintain office ethics and confidentiality.
• Must be able to work independently with little instruction and order.
