Warden for Noor Girl Home

• Must supervise washing/laundry activities.
• Ensuring hygiene and cleaning of clothes.
• Must prepare the list of clothes, including seasonal items.
• Close liaison and coordination with the housekeeping, maintenance, horticulture and other concerned to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, health, maintenance, safety & security and maintain the ambience of NGH premises.
• Ensuring that no one should leave the Girls Home premises unauthorized and without informing, and making sure that “in and out” timings are recorded in the book.
• Ensuring that Girls Home facilities are not misused/damaged.
• Keeping track of all the complaints made by Girls Home members and making sure that they have been addressed.
• Must ensure/supervises her frontline staff that will train and handle the new hires.
• Warden oversees the Girls Home housekeeping management and carries out regular supervision.
• Deal with queries, emergencies and provide support to Girls. Provide first aid cover, act as fire warden and call emergency services as appropriate. Accompany child to hospital where required.
• Serve as per instructions of your managers to attain best results.
• To supervise for the smooth running of the facilities provided and to plan for upgradation and maintenance of these facilities in the halls of NGH and periodically verify the furniture and fittings of the halls of NGH with the assistance of the team operations and take action for their repairs/replacement.
• Ensure safe and healthy living and working environment for resident Girls. Promptly take appropriate action within her power on all cases of misbehavior, indiscipline, and sickness, in the absence of decorum.
• Promote a collegiate environment, good order and social, must enforce discipline and code of conduct in the halls.
• Responsible for allotment of rooms to the students.
• Responsible for maintenance of the NGH.
• Looks after the quality of food served in the hostels.
• Ensure store issuance and demand.
• Organize, guide and motivate her operational teams for optimum performance.
• Timely representation of true picture to top management for development of strategic plans for all operational activities.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
