Key Responsibilities

Hostel Management

• Manage day-to-day hostel operations and maintain discipline among trainees
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper living conditions
• Monitor daily routine, in-time/out-time, and hostel rules

Student Safety & Welfare

• Ensure safety, security, and overall well-being of trainees
• Handle emergency situations responsibly
• In case of illness, coordinate with doctor/hospital and ensure proper medical support

Monitoring & Support

• Maintain attendance, leave records, and hostel registers
• Address trainee concerns, complaints, and personal issues
• Provide guidance and support to students when required

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with center team and management for updates
• Report incidents, issues, or disciplinary matters on time
• Maintain proper documentation as per DDUGKY guidelines

Candidate Requirements

• 12th pass/Graduate preferred
• Experience in hostel/warden role preferred
• Responsible, disciplined, and supportive personality
• Willing to stay at the training center with students
