Envision LED Lighting, Inc. is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Processor to join our LED Lighting Distribution Center in Bell, CA.

We are seeking a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience picking and packing orders using a handheld RF scanner and processing shipments through UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.

This position will primarily support our Will Call Department and will also assist other warehouse departments, including Receiving, Shipping/Freight, Inventory, and special projects as needed.

• Pick and pack customer orders using a handheld RF scanner.
• Process shipments through UPS, FedEx, and USPS online portals.
• Use NetSuite and RF Smart for order fulfillment.
• Double-check orders for accuracy before shipment or customer pickup.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading products for pickups and returns.
• Stock the workstation and maintain adequate packing and shipping supplies.
• Keep the workstation and surrounding area clean and organized using 5S methodology.
• Assist Receiving with loading and unloading trucks.
• Assist Shipping/Freight and Inventory with cycle counting and other warehouse tasks.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse picking and packing experience preferred.
• Experience using a handheld RF scanner and cart.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Lighting industry experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Able to follow instructions and learn quickly.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This is an active warehouse position requiring employees to perform essential job functions throughout an 8-hour workday, excluding designated meal and rest periods.

The position requires regular walking and standing, as well as occasional kneeling, stooping, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs and ladders, and working at heights above 10 feet. Employees must be able to carry and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and be able to recognize warehouse hazards and hear horns or warning devices from up to 30 feet away.
