Job title: Warehouse and Fulfillment Assistant

Pay: $16-18/hourly

Type: Full time (40 hours), Monday–Friday

Work Location: In person- Tampa, FL 33626

Hours: 8:30-5:00PM with a 30 min Lunch.

Temp to Perm position, all hires will be on a hourly schedule and run on a probation period.

What You’ll Do

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with precision and care.
• Ensuring all products meet our quality standards before shipment.
• Maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
• Assist with inventory management, organization, and cycle counts.
• Follow established standard operating procedures and workflows.
• Support shipping logistics, including label creation and carrier coordination.
• Use phone, tablet, or computer-based tools to update order and inventory status.

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

• Computer literacy (email, Excel, 3PL software systems)
• Fluent in English (read/write).
• Flexibility to move into different roles as business needs change.
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable work ethic
• Ability to lift and move packages (typically up to 25–50 lbs)
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

• Prior 3PL work experience (order fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role).
• Forklift Driver
• Amazon FBA/AWD experience
• ShipStation software experience
• SkuVault software experience (or other WMS)
