Warehouse Admin & Operation Assistant

1)Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments and order processing are completed accurately and on time according to customer KPIs.
2)Monitor and complete all customer-related administrative tasks within the required timelines, including document handling and email communication.
3)Prepare and issue Discrepancy Damage Reports (DDR) to inform customers of any shipment discrepancies.
4)Prepare replenishment request, coordinate with operations team, and ensure system updates are accurate and timely.
5)Assist in cycle counts and internal stock based on customer requests.
6)Perform Value-Added Services (VAS) according to customer requirements and follow up with operations if needed.
7)Maintain proper filling and documentation in an organized manner.
8)Assist in warehouse audits related to administrative and operational matters.
9)Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a secondary or Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in warehouse, logistic, or supply chain operations.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be willing to work during public holiday or weekend under customer request.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
