Job Description:

• Attest on the receiving of purchased items during consolidation and pick up at port area/ supplier’s premises.

• Perform quality and quantity check, goods verification according to specs and standard, rejection if non-conformance, coordination to end -user and consignee prior to transfer on its destination;

• Performing Receiving Report in system EXACT, to process and transact document proof of delivery in compliance of procedures held by Payables;

• Performing Stock Transfer Advise (STA) for other materials receive and delivered indirectly address to other section or department; and

• Coordination to Procurement department for exact and precise transaction of delivered items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course, preferably with a Technical, Arts and Sciences background.
• With 6 months–1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Very good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• With basic to advanced computer skills and willing to learn the EXACT system.
• Willing to work 100% in the field and perform physical tasks when required.
• Willing to work extended hours when necessary.
