WAREHOUSE ADMIN ASSISTANT – WEST AREA

About the role

Warehouse Administrative Assistant supporting daily inbound and outbound operations at our West Area facility. You will prepare and process warehouse-related documents, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, suppliers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process warehouse-related documents such as delivery orders, invoices and goods receiving records
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory and warehouse data
• Update stock movement and inventory records in the system
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to support daily inbound and outbound operations
• Communicate with drivers, suppliers and customers regarding deliveries and collections
• Maintain proper filing and documentation
• Assist with reports and other administrative tasks when required

About you

• Minimum N-Level or equivalent
• Warehouse administration or logistics experience will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and responsible
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
