Our client are a leading Australian logistics organisation. This administration position will support the warehouse and overall facility administration. A varied and exciting position with lots of potential growth and training opportunities. The position will see you spend your time providing administrative support to the office, warehouse team and transport office. Duties & Responsibilities

• Data entry & Administration
• Processing dispatch and transport paperwork
• Manifesting
• Releasing orders
• Liaising with transport and warehouse staff
• Responding to email and phone enquiries from customers

Key requirements and experience for the role:

• Previous administration experience, preferably gained in a warehouse, logistics environment or fast paced industry
• Strong MS outlook and excel proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
