Position: Warehouse Admin

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to warehouse operations and coordinating daily delivery dispatch activities. The role involves preparing and monitoring delivery documents, scheduling deliveries, coordinating with drivers and stores, tracking orders, and ensuring that all deliveries are dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and monitor delivery documents, invoices, delivery receipts, and other related paperwork.
• Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries based on store orders and delivery requirements.
• Communicate with drivers regarding delivery schedules, routes, store requirements, and delivery instructions.
• Coordinate with stores regarding order status, delivery schedules, and concerns.
• Monitor and track dispatched orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Verify delivery documents and ensure that all required paperwork is complete and properly recorded.
• Encode and maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and dispatch activities.
• Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies, missing documents, and other dispatch-related concerns.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are complete and ready for dispatch.
• Prepare daily or periodic delivery and dispatch reports.
• Perform other administrative and warehouse-related tasks as assigned by management.

Work Location: Biak na Bato, Del Monte, Quezon City

Pay: Php19,630.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
