Summary

• Location: Lakeside

• Working Day: 5.5 Days Work Week

• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm , Saturday 9am - 1pm

• Salary: up to $2600

• Transport provided

• AWS and Allowance

Responsibilities

• Handle and verify inbound and outbound shipment documents.

• Update shipment, stock and receipt records in the WMS system.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams and purchasers on stock discrepancies and delivery arrangements.

• Prepare, scan, distribute and file shipment documents and photos.

• Maintain accurate inventory, attendance and warehouse records.

• Report documentation errors and stock discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Assist with stock takes, cycle counts and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Proficient in WMS, MS office.

• Familiarity with warehouse operations is an advantage

• Knowledge of permits or shipping documentation is a plus
