Warehouse Admin Controller

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience similar role.
• Numerate and analytical ability.
• Attention to detail.
• Computer Literacy (MS Office).
• Communication skills.
• Work under pressure.
• Self-motivated.
• Accellos/GP experience is an Advantage
• COLD STORAGE FACILITY EXPERIENCE NEEDED (AMBIENT STORAGE DOES NOT COUNT)

MAIN ROLE:

• Administration: Purchase order numbers and invoices to head office Credit Card Recon Boxer — photos of local loads Ordering of water Load schedule to Hestony Fonvard NCA to clients PRRS (restricted) Audit Waste skips Fuel claims Trending's NCA and dumping report Ordering of cleaning chemicals from JHB. Assisting with the YUM audit prep.
• Imports: Arrange transport for containers Request updated schedule from importers Port health bookings Email container documents to plant and seed Importers container sheet Tracking vessels and ETA's Working with clearing agent's documents Container/local planning Taking containers off hold on the system
• State Vet: State vet booking. NRCS booking Booking with different labs for collection State vet samples Ordering state vet sample bags Following up with the lab and Daff for releases Send releases to clients Make sure all containers are entered into the state vet register
• Bonded product: Ensure that all products as indicated on the Bill of Entry as bonded are stored under bond conditions. That all documents and records of bonded products is correctly entered the Bond Register Ensure that no product is allowed to leave the cold store until the duty has been paid and documentation that confirms this. Ensure that the voucher of correction is passed and entered into Bond Register.
• Inbound: Merlog update Update inbound schedule Slot booking for local loads
• Pallets: Ordering of brown pallets. Updating broken brown pallet sheet. Updating importers pallet sheet Responsible for confidentiality of all customer products on the system
