Warehouse Admin Coordinator (Assistant)

Job Summary

Support daily warehouse operations by handling inventory records, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain inventory records
• Assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and stock transfers
• Prepare basic reports and maintain documents (PO, invoices, etc.)
• Communicate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure basic safety and company procedures are followed

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations
• Able to perform physical work when needed
• Team player with good attitude
• Willing to work overtime if required

Skills

• Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP/WMS is a plus)
• Good organization and communication
• Attention to detail
