WAREHOUSE ADMIN STAFF

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain and update inventory records in the WMS, including conducting stock audits and cycle counts.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, verify, and file delivery receipts, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Shipment Processing: Process inbound and outbound shipments, including picking, packing, and palletizing documentation.
• Communication & Coordination: Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding deliveries and stock movements.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Generate daily reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and warehouse activities.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is required, with experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Key Competencies: High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Typically a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, although experience is often prioritized.

Common Job Requirements

• Monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages or overstock.
• Checking the quality of incoming/outgoing orders to ensure they are free from damage.
• Checking and verifying delivery receipts and invoices
