Warehouse Admin Staff

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing administrative and documentation support for daily warehouse operations, particularly inventory monitoring, stock movement, and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
• Prepare receiving, issuance, transfer, and other warehouse documents.
• Encode and update inventory data and reports.
• Assist in physical inventory counting and reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels, shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of warehouse documents.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, QA, and other departments regarding warehouse requirements.
• Report inventory discrepancies and other warehouse concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other warehouse-related administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• With experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or administrative work is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Able to work in a fast-paced commissary/warehouse environment.

• Willing to perform both administrative and basic warehouse related tasks.
