Warehouse Administrator 仓库管理员

What you'll be doing

• Handle daily warehouse administrative tasks and documentation.
• Record and update incoming and outgoing goods accurately.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
• Prepare and organize delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, and other related documents.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, logistics, and other departments regarding stock and delivery matters.
• Monitor and follow up on delivery and receiving schedules.
• Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of warehouse records.
• Ensure warehouse records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

What we're looking for

• Strong proficiency in Chinese, including speaking, reading, and writing.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Good computer and data-entry skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in warehouse administration, inventory management, or a related field will be an advantage.
