Warehouse Administrator

Summary:

• MNC
• Monday - Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm
• UP$2500-$2800
• Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse documents, stock records, and material movements.
• Process SAP transactions including Goods Receipt and inventory updates.
• Maintain accurate inventory, batch, location, and expiry records.
• Coordinate material issuance and movements with Production and other departments.
• Support stock counts, reconciliation, scrap handling, reporting, and audits.
• Provide general administrative and warehouse support as required.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ warehouse/inventory experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• SAP/ERP knowledge will be of advantage.
