Working at the centre of a fast-paced distribution operation, you'll help keep products moving to the right place at the right time while supporting colleagues across multiple teams. This is a varied role combining administration, coordination, and occasional hands-on operational support. You don't need previous warehouse administration experience to be successful in this role. We're looking for someone who is computer literate, organised, eager to learn, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities throughout the day.

- Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-moving distribution environment.
- Support the day-to-day organisation and efficiency of the distribution centre, helping maintain safe, tidy, and well-organised warehouse areas.
- Assist with operational warehouse activities when required, including picking, packing, and putting away Goods In deliveries.
- Support stock movement activities to help ensure products are processed and available for branch requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of annual stock count activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly. Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.

- A reliable and proactive approach to completing tasks.
- Flexibility to support operational warehouse activities when required.
- A willingness to undertake future Material Handling Equipment (MHE) training, including forklift training. An open-minded approach to both administrative and operational aspects of the role.
WE VALUE
- Previous experience within a warehouse, distribution, logistics, fulfilment, wholesale, or supply chain environment.
- Experience producing reports and working with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working across multiple departments, branches, locations, or stakeholder groups.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, stock control systems, or inventory processes.
- An understanding of stock movement, goods receipt, order fulfilment, or distribution processes.
- A calm, solutions-focused approach when priorities change.
- A team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic. A commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
