Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and wider operations team, you will play an important role in keeping inventory, warehouse systems and documentation accurate and up to date. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in the operational side of warehousing rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
You'll work across inventory transactions, inbound and outbound documentation, stock reconciliation, reporting and general warehouse administration while liaising with teams across the business.

- Process warehouse transactions accurately through ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Maintain warehouse records, documentation and reports
- Assist with inventory adjustments and stock reconciliations
- Investigate stock discrepancies and assist with corrections
- Support stocktakes and cycle counts
- Coordinate paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments
- Assist with freight bookings, deliveries and transport documentation
- Generate inventory and operational reports
- Maintain accurate data across warehouse systems
- Liaise with warehouse, customer service and sales teams
- Prepare spreadsheets and documentation using Microsoft Office
- Support continuous improvement across warehouse processes

Ideally, you will bring:
- Previous experience in warehouse administration, inventory administration, logistics or distribution
- Experience using a WMS and/or ERP system
- Good understanding of inventory and stock movements
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Ability to work closely with both warehouse and office-based teams
Experience supporting stocktakes, cycle counts, inbound/outbound operations or freight coordination would be particularly advantageous.
What's On Offer
- Permanent full-time position
- 7:30am start
- Mount Waverley location
- Stable and established distribution environment
- Supportive and collaborative team
- Varied role across administration, systems and inventory
- Exposure to broader warehouse and logistics operations
- Opportunity to develop your skills within inventory and warehouse management
