岗位职责：

1. 仓库成本管理：
   跟踪与汇报仓内各项成本，包括叉车租赁及维护费用、仓库租金与电费、外租冻柜租金及电费、外部存储商品租金等，确保成本透明化与合理管控。
2. 物料管理
   负责包装物料（如Bubble、纸箱、打包膜、保温袋等）及办公用品的采购、库存管理及分发。
   统筹本地及国内采购全流程，包括申请、采购审批、付款执行及货物验收，保障物资供应高效及时。
3. 员工工资管理
   协助核算仓库员工工资，提交工资申请并处理相关报表，确保数据准确性与时效性；与财务及HR部门紧密协作，及时解决薪资问题。
4. 成本数据记录与填报
   定期统计、分析仓库运营成本数据，编制精准报表，为管理层提供决策支持，推动成本优化措施落地。
5. 其他行政支持
   协助仓库合规性管理，包括安全生产巡查、运营合法性检查等，确保仓库符合法规要求。
   提供后勤保障支持，协调解决日常行政事务，维护仓库高效有序运转。

岗位要求：

1. 具备仓库行政、采购或财务相关工作经验1年以上，有电商仓库经验者优先
2. 熟练使用Excel等办公软件，能处理基础的数据分析和报表，能理解工资计算、成本分析等相关内容，具备一定的成本意识
3. 细心、责任心强，能高效完成工作
4. 良好的沟通协调能力，能与供应商、内部团队等多方合作
5. 抗压能力强，能适应仓库快节奏的工作环境

Job Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Cost Management
• Track and report all warehouse-related costs, including forklift leasing and maintenance fees, warehouse rent and electricity expenses, external refrigerated container rentals and electricity fees, and external storage rental fees, ensuring cost transparency and effective control.
• Material Management
• Responsible for the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of packaging materials (e.g., bubble wrap, cartons, packing film, insulated bags) and office supplies.
• Oversee the entire procurement process for both local and domestic purchases, including requisition, purchase approval, payment execution, and goods acceptance, ensuring efficient and timely material supply.
• Employee Payroll Management
• Assist in calculating warehouse staff salaries, submitting payroll requests, and processing related reports to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate closely with the Finance and HR departments to resolve payroll issues promptly.
• Cost Data Recording and Reporting
• Regularly collect, analyze, and report warehouse operational cost data, compile precise reports to support management decision-making, and drive the implementation of cost-optimization measures.
• Other Administrative Support
• Assist in warehouse compliance management, including safety production inspections and operational legality checks, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Provide logistical support, coordinate daily administrative tasks, and maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration, procurement, or finance-related roles. Experience in e-commerce warehouses is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and office software; capable of basic data analysis and report preparation. Familiarity with payroll calculations, cost analysis, and cost-conscious mindset.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to complete tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Resilient under pressure and adaptable to a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: From £2,500.00 per month
