Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery to construction project sites.
• Monitor and update inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
• Verify incoming deliveries for accuracy in quantity and quality.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse at all times.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely availability of materials for project requirements.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or low stock levels to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Basic experience with Excel (data entry, simple formulas).
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Open to undergraduates or those with experience in construction/warehouse settings.
• Willing to be assigned in Binangonan, Rizal.
