Warehouse All-Rounder – Full-Time | Bayswater

We’re looking for motivated Warehouse All-Rounders to join our team at our Bayswater Distribution Centre.

You don’t need years of warehouse experience to apply. If you have a good attitude, are reliable, enjoy practical hands-on work and are willing to learn, we’re prepared to train you.

This could be a great opportunity for someone who has recently finished high school, is entering the workforce for the first time, or simply wants to build a long-term career in warehousing, logistics and distribution.

About the Opportunity

This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn different parts of our warehouse and distribution operation rather than doing the same task every day.

Working alongside an experienced team, you’ll receive on-the-job training and develop practical skills across:

• Picking and packing customer and branch orders
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Receiving and checking incoming stock
• Putting stock away safely and accurately
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining accurate stock locations
• Assisting with stock counts and inventory control
• Keeping warehouse and yard areas organised and safe
• Learning safe materials-handling and warehouse practices
• Forklift operations once appropriately trained and licensed

Previous warehouse, logistics, labouring or trade experience would be great, but it isn't essential.

A current forklift licence is also an advantage, but don't let not having one stop you from applying.
