Warehouse All-Rounder

If so, consider joining Window Films WA as a motivated and reliable full-time Warehouse All-rounder in our Malaga warehouse. This role involves accurate processing of incoming and outgoing goods, along with inventory, dispatch, and customer support to keep our window film (tint) distribution operations running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

• Pre-cutting window films to specifications provided.
• Receiving, unpacking, and accurately storing incoming stock and materials.
• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assisting with inventory management and stock take.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand-operated tools.
• Providing excellent customer service to all clients.
• Collaborating with the broader team to continuously improve warehouse operations.
• Entering orders and maintaining records on our CRM and inventory management system.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Physically able and capable of easily carrying 20kg packages.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with using a warehouse management system and CRM.
• Some computer literacy skills.
• Forklift license or the willingness to obtain one.
• Provide a current National Police Clearance.
• C class drivers license.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
