Warehouse all Rounder

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and energetic Warehouse All-Rounder to join our busy team. This is a highly varied full-time role split between our warehouse floor and operational office. You will play a critical role in managing our commercial flooring inventory (including vinyl, carpet tiles, timber, and accessories) and coordinating the logistics that keep our installation projects running seamlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving supplier deliveries, unloading trucks, and safely storing heavy flooring materials
• Managing stock levels, conducting counts, and keeping accurate physical and digital records
• Working closely with office schedulers and commercial flooring installers to prepare for upcoming projects
• Accurately picking, packing, and loading flooring materials, adhesives, and tools for installation jobs
• Safely operating the forklift and maintaining a clean, tidy, and OHS-compliant warehouse environment

About you

• Current Australian Driver's Licence and a valid LF Forklift Licence are essential
• Comfortable with early morning starts and capable of safely handling heavy lifting (flooring rolls, tile boxes, and accessories)
• Strong organizational skills, basic computer literacy for inventory tracking, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with trade teams
• Previous warehouse, dispatch, or storeperson experience within the flooring, building, or construction industries is highly regarded
