Warehouse & Accounts Assistant

Location: Karachi (Male Candidates Only)
Preferred Location: Korangi Industrial Area & Surroundings
Salary: PKR 40,000–55,000 per month

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, warehouse management, supply chain, and basic accounts, preferably in an import or manufacturing setup.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software (ERP/CRM).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Conduct stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for inventory planning.
• Update inventory records in ERP/CRM or other management software.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of warehouse items.
• Prepare inventory reports and assist in annual stock audits.
