Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator

About the role

The role of a Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for the daily handling, preparation, storage and movement of goods, ensuring that incoming and outgoing equipment are properly checked, recorded, packed and delivered safely to customers. The role will also support delivery planning, stocktaking, warehouse housekeeping and inventory updates, ensuring smooth and accurate warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label and inspect goods to ensure they are in good condition before delivery or export.
• Check and verify all outgoing items against relevant documentation before delivery.
• Ensure all delivered items and Delivery Orders are properly acknowledged by recipients.
• Safely handle and secure goods during delivery, collection and loading/unloading activities.
• Inspect equipment, packaging and labels for physical damage when receiving goods from customers or vendors.
• Ensure proper handling and protection of goods during transportation and delivery.
• Assist with daily delivery planning and coordination of transportation arrangements.
• Ensure proper handling and unloading of incoming goods, including container unloading.
• Inspect all incoming goods to ensure they are received in acceptable condition without external or physical damage.
• Update all warehouse movements accurately in NetSuite, including Bin Transfer transactions.

About you

• Minimum ITE / NTC Certificate in Business, Office Skills or related discipline.

• At least 5 years of relevant warehouse, storekeeping, logistics or delivery experience.

• Experience handling equipment or technical products will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with warehouse/inventory management systems; NetSuite experience is advantageous.
