Warehouse & Dispatch Assistant – Full Time

About the role

The Warehouse & Dispatch Assistant is responsible for the efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods to ensure accurate and timely customer orders. This role plays a key part in maintaining warehouse organisation, stock accuracy and operational efficiency. The position requires reliability, attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming goods against purchase orders
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately
• Organise and maintain warehouse stock locations
• Assist with hose assembly and product preparation
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely
• Operate forklift (if licensed)
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory control
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and presentation
• Ensure compliance with WHS procedures
• Assist with freight coordination and dispatch documentation

About you

• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
• NSW driver's licence (advantageous)
• Previous warehouse or dispatch experience (desirable)
• Experience using inventory systems (desirable)
• Basic computer skills (desirable)
