Position: B2B Distribution Sales Executive | Full-Time | Permanent
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Experience: 2 - 3 years
Salary: ₹25,000 per month (CTC)
Shift: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM | Weekly off on Sunday

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented B2B Distribution Sales Executive to grow sales through our distributor and dealer network. The role involves executing sales plans, managing distributor and dealer relationships, processing B2B orders, coordinating with the warehouse and accounts teams, and reporting on sales through CRM, while contributing to monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly B2B distribution sales targets for the allotted territory and accounts.
• Execute channel-wise sales plans and follow approved pricing, discounting and promotional frameworks.
• Identify, onboard and develop distributors, dealers and other B2B channel partners.
• Maintain regular contact and visits with partners to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Track stock availability, order placement and sell-through at partner level and plan replenishment.
• Receive, log and process B2B orders accurately, checking stock availability before commitment.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely order processing, dispatch and delivery.
• Prepare and verify quotations, purchase orders, invoices and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate with Accounts on invoicing, payment follow-up and outstanding collections.
• Address partner concerns on pricing, schemes, delivery and commercial terms, escalating where required.
• Maintain leads, opportunities, quotations and orders in the CRM / inventory systems (Zoho).
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales, pipeline, outstanding payments and partner performance.
• Share market feedback, competitor activity and pricing intelligence with the reporting manager.
• Travel to partner locations as required to meet sales and relationship objectives.

What We're Looking For

Distribution & Channel Sales | Order & Follow-up Management | Negotiation & Commercial Acumen | Customer-Centric Relationship Building | Data-Driven Reporting | MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) | CRM/Zoho Familiarity | Fluent English | Regional Language Knowledge Preferred

Exposure to music, lifestyle, consumer products or premium retail sectors is an advantage. Experience in handling distributors, dealers or channel partners is preferred. Travel required.
