Warehouse & Distribution Manager-倉配經理（餐飲食材供應鏈）

About the role

This role oversees end-to-end supply chain operations for a city/region, with full responsibility for fulfillment timeliness, service quality, supply chain costs, and operational efficiency. The position involves supply chain planning and solution design, including network routing, warehouse layout optimization, and category-specific strategies to continuously improve fulfillment pathways and reduce costs. The role requires building and managing warehouse, delivery, and supply chain planning teams, developing talent pipelines, and managing performance to create a high-execution logistics support team.

Key responsibilities

• Supply chain coordination: manage end-to-end city/regional supply chain operations, oversee warehouse selection and planning, establish standardized storage, sorting, and outbound operation systems, optimize warehouse workflows and capacity planning to improve operational efficiency
• Cost management: manage logistics costs across the full chain from an operational perspective, oversee P&L management and departmental budget control, balance service experience with operational profitability, implement refined cost control and optimization for transportation, warehousing, and labor, establish cost accounting systems, and manage key operational metrics such as warehouse cost ratio, labor efficiency, and space utilization
• Inventory management: coordinate category planning and inventory management, develop procurement and inbound plans with production coordination, monitor inventory health, drive inventory turnover improvements, organize cycle counts and monthly inventory checks to ensure accuracy, manage product shelf life, stockouts, damage, and obsolete inventory
• Delivery management: plan logistics distribution networks, continuously optimize warehouse layout and delivery routes, manage delivery teams, coordinate city-wide transportation capacity, ensure stable delivery output, source and manage third-party logistics (3PL) service providers
• Cross-functional collaboration: work efficiently with procurement, sales, quality control, and customer service teams to establish procurement-sales-delivery coordination mechanisms, ensure end-to-end customer service, quality management, and complaint resolution, proactively prevent fulfillment issues, maintain service quality, and protect customer experience
• System optimization: leverage AI tools and WMS/TMS data for operational analysis and review, drive continuous innovation and optimization of warehouse-delivery logistics systems and processes, improve management efficiency

About you

• 5+ years of supply chain/logistics industry experience; 3+ years of full warehouse and same-city delivery management experience
• Familiar with Hong Kong and Macau same-city fulfillment operations; hands-on experience building and implementing procurement-sales-delivery coordination mechanisms; supply chain planning and solution design capability; experience with network planning, warehouse layout, or fulfillment pathway optimization projects preferred
• Strong holistic operational thinking and P&L management ability; data-sensitive with ability to balance operational costs and user experience; proficiency in warehouse and delivery business management; familiarity with key control points across business process stages; ability to identify improvement opportunities and deliver results
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; skilled at business review and optimization
• Results-oriented, stress-resilient, proactive and self-driven; customer-focused with strong organizational awareness; strong execution capability and sense of responsibility; able to adapt to the fast-paced development rhythm of an early-stage startup team
