We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced distribution facility. The ideal candidate is a strong, engaged leader with a proven ability to manage warehouse operations, lead teams, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution center operations, including receiving, inventory management, shipping, and transportation.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and warehouse employees.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through strong controls, cycle counts, and loss-prevention practices.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and organized facility while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor operational performance, labor costs, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Build strong relationships with internal sales teams, customers, vendors, and transportation partners.
• Oversee facility maintenance, security, and operational improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and overall performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution center management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing an entire distribution facility or a significant operation within a large distribution center.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, and employee management.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology.
• Knowledge of transportation operations, including truckload and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping.
• Ability to work independently, make operational decisions, and lead in a fast-paced environment.
