Warehouse And Distribution Manager @สมุทรปราการ (ID: 709212)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations, including raw materials, finished goods, logistics, and external warehouse management.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and efficient material flow to support production and customer delivery requirements.
• Manage warehousing, order fulfillment, and distribution activities while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Oversee transportation, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and import/export logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Optimize warehouse operations, storage utilization, and inventory management across multiple warehouse locations.
• Monitor inventory transactions, reconciliation, reporting, and data accuracy within ERP/WMS systems.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, occupational health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics teams while driving continuous improvement, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, and Quality Assurance, to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of management experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, and ERP/WMS systems.
• Experience managing 3PL providers and import/export operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
