About the Role

We are looking for an organized and tech-savvy Warehouse & E-commerce Manager to oversee our Jammu operations. We specialize in authentic Kashmiri handmade products, and with an active catalog of over (1000 + unique SKUs products ), we need a reliable leader to ensure our physical inventory matches our digital storefronts perfectly. You will be responsible for end-to-end stock handling and keeping our products live and optimized across all e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe handling, organization, and storage of over 1000 delicate handmade Kashmiri products.

· Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory logs to prevent stockouts or over-selling.

· E-commerce Maintenance: Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing across all active e-commerce platforms and the company website.

· Order Fulfillment: Supervise the packing and dispatch process, ensuring quality control workflows are followed for every artisanal product shipped.

· Team Leadership: Guide and monitor warehouse staff to ensure daily packaging and processing targets are met efficiently.

Requirements

· 1.5 to 2+ years of proven experience in warehouse management and e-commerce operations.

· Hands-on experience with e-commerce seller dashboards (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho ,Shopify, etc.).

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large catalog of individual SKUs.

· Ability to work on-site in Jammu and troubleshoot daily operational bottlenecks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
