Warehouse & Facilities Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse & Facilities Manager who takes full ownership of our warehouse operations and company facilities. This role ensures our warehouse runs efficiently, our inventory is accurate, our facilities are well-maintained, and our office and production environments remain organized, safe, and execution-ready every day. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who believes that operational excellence starts with discipline, systems, and ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of warehouse operations, inventory, storage, and material movement
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper receiving, storage, issuance, and cycle counts
• Optimize warehouse layout, organization, and space utilization
• Coordinate with Procurement, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Project Management to ensure timely material availability
• Develop and implement warehouse systems, standards, and process improvements
• Lead warehouse personnel and ensure accountability, productivity, and discipline
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of materials, tools, and company assets
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory records
• Oversee the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall presentation of the office, warehouse, and common areas
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules for the building, warehouse equipment, office facilities, and utilities

About you

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, facilities management, logistics, or a similar leadership role
• Experience in construction, fabrication, manufacturing, events, or design-build industries is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse systems, and facilities maintenance
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working both in the warehouse and office environment
