POSITION: WAREHOUSE & FACILITIES MANAGER

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday (6:15 am – 3:15 pm)

NOTE: ** NO OVERTME, WEEKENDS, EVENINGS OR HOLIDAYS **

PAY RANGE: $70,000 - $80,000 annually

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Warehouse & Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehousing and facilities functions. This pivotal role involves managing inventory control, distribution operations, logistics, and maintenance activities to ensure seamless supply chain performance.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in warehouse supervision, transportation management, process improvement, and team leadership.

This position offers an opportunity to drive operational excellence, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and support organizational growth through strategic facilities and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage distribution activities, coordinating transportation planning and logistics to optimize delivery schedules.
• Supervise warehouse staff, (24-26 foot straight truck drivers and Warehouse Support personnel) providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive team environment.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and ensure proper maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate with Process Department Managers on materials management and inventory control to meet production/processing schedules.
• Monitor budget adherence related to warehouse operations and facilities maintenance while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions to streamline workflows and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a logistics, supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a safety-conscious work environment.
• Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments including production planning and operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices, materials handling, logistics management, and warehouse distribution processes.
