Warehouse & Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing and dispatching LED displays, digital signage & audio equipment, materials and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure all items are properly recorded and stored.
• Prepare and arrange equipment/materials required for installation, projects and deliveries.
• Check incoming goods against delivery orders, purchase orders and quantities received.
• Coordinate with internal project/installation teams regarding stock movement and deliveries.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and protection of LED panels, signage equipment and other materials.
• Maintain an organised, clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Record and report damaged, missing or defective items.
• Assist in tracking the movement and return of equipment after project completion.
• Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory or storekeeping.
• Experience in construction, electrical, LED display, digital signage or similar industries is an advantage.
• Good organisational and inventory management skills.
• Able to handle physical work and move warehouse items when required.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different teams.
