Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to become a key part of our manufacturing team. You'll be the person who keeps production flowing by ensuring materials, components, and finished goods are where they need to be, when they need to be there. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager and Factory Foreman, supporting cabinet makers, CNC operations, dispatch, inventory management, and supplier coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels

• Managing all inwards and outwards goods

• Placing stock orders and coordinating supplier deliveries

• Ensuring production teams have the materials they need

• Identifying and resolving stock or supply risks before they impact production

• Coordinating dispatch of finished cabinetry and materials

• Supervising and supporting a warehouse team member

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment

• Providing practical support to production when required

About you

• Thrives in a fast-moving manufacturing environment

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Communicates well with production staff, suppliers, and management

• Has experience with inventory systems and stock control

• Leads by example and enjoys working as part of a team

• Previous experience in warehouse supervision, inventory control, or manufacturing operations

• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
