Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor

Brickell Management Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, warehouse personnel, and inventory activities.
• Oversee receiving, storage, stock movement, dispatch, and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and audits.
• Coordinate material allocation and deliveries across multiple business units and project sites.
• Maintain warehouse organization, storage efficiency, stock security, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare operational reports and collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and other departments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in automotive, construction materials, distribution, or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, multi-company environment.
