WAREHOUSE & LOGISTIC ASSISTANT

Job Summary

The Logistics & Warehouse Assistant is responsible for assisting in the receiving, inspecting, storing and issuing of raw materials, finished goods and production supplies. The role supports warehouse and logistics operations to ensure materials are properly handled, inventory records are maintained, and shipments are prepared accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming raw materials, finished goods and other supplies.
• Label, store and organise materials and finished goods in their designated locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock counts.
• Assist in preparing shipment and warehouse documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and good housekeeping within the warehouse.
• Report any damaged goods, stock discrepancies or warehouse issues to the Supervisor.
• Assist during internal and external audits when required.
• Assist in packing, loading and unloading goods.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse-related duties.
