Warehouse & Logistic Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and physically capable Warehouse and Logistics Assistant to join our operations team. In this role, you are the engine of our supply chain. You will ensure that inventory is accurately managed, goods are received and dispatched efficiently, and the warehouse remains a safe and orderly environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Dispatch: Unload incoming shipments, verify items against packing list, and prepare outgoing orders for pickup or delivery.
• Order Picking & Packing: Load products accurately according, make sure products load securely to prevent damage, and label shipments correctly.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace. Ensure goods are stored in the correct locations to maximize space efficiency.
• Coordination: Liaise with transporters and installers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
• Returns: Process return goods, inspect returned goods, and re-pack for goods return to HQ.

What we're looking for

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving role.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move items up to 20 kg unassisted.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with computers; experience with Excel or Inventory Management Software is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in counting, data entry, and order processing to prevent shipping errors.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and drivers.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, dispatches, and vehicle movements.
• Reporting: Report any inventory shortages, damaged goods, or equipment malfunctions to the Supervisor immediately.
