WAREHOUSE & LOGISTIC COORDINATOR

We manufacture and supply composite fire doors, timber flush doors, steel fire-rated doors and door hardware. We are looking for an organised, proactive Warehouse & Logistic Executive to keep our deliveries on time and our customers informed.

Key Responsibilities

• Make sure all shipments are released on the planned schedule and before carrier cut-off times.
• Coordinate with production, sales and transporters on loading, dispatch and delivery planning.
• Prepare and submit accurate inventory reports on time, including stock movement, stock balance and discrepancies.
• Make communication of delivery schedule updates faster and clearer between internal teams, transporters and customers.
• Notify customers of confirmed delivery times and keep them updated on any changes or delays.
• Monitor delivery documents (DO, packing lists) and make sure they are complete and accurate.
• Support stock counts and good warehouse housekeeping and safety practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or dispatch coordination. Experience in manufacturing or building materials is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with an inventory or ERP system (e.g. Odoo) is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work to tight schedules.
• Own transport, as the workplace is in Batang Kali.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
