Warehouse & Logistic Officer

Roles And Responsibilities:

1. Receiving Delivery Orders from supplier & ensure physical goods received are tally with delivery orders prior

update in Syteline system on time.

2. Responsible for keeping records and maintain proper filling for Delivery Orders and Subcon Issue Voucher.

3. Ensure all stock are handled and stored with proper label at their designated place.

4. Ensure all stock in system are updated and tally with physical stock.

5. Issuing raw material and standard hardware upon received job router

6. Arrangement for packing on shipment parts

7. Ensure correct quantity and part number as per Delivery Order are being shipped to the correct destination,

8. Arrangement for packing on shipment parts.

9. Responsible for scheduling of time table for all deliveries and collections to ensure shipments to supplier done

within planner required date.

10. Any other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

Minimum Degree

At least 2 years related working experience preferable in manufacturing environment

Knowledge in computer

Able to work independently and interact with all level of staff
