Warehouse & Logistics Administrator

We're currently looking for a talented individual to join our team in the following role: Warehouse & Logistics Administrator / Zagreb, Croatia.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations in cooperation with external warehouse and transport service providers
• Ensure efficient execution of inbound, outbound, and return processes
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate incoming shipments from local and international suppliers (EU and non-EU)
• Prepare and maintain warehouse, logistics, customs, and commercial documentation in SAP, including orders, deliveries, invoices, credit notes, and return documents
• Monitor customer deliveries and coordinate delivery schedules with customers, logistics partners, and courier services
• Manage return logistics processes and ensure accurate processing and reconciliation of returned goods and related documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock reconciliation, inventory accuracy, and stock control activities
• Handle warehouse and transportation damage claims, including documentation, reporting, coordination with suppliers, and follow-up with logistics providers
• Support quality control, grading, repacking, damaged goods management, and scrap-related processes
• Prepare operational reports and performance tracking reports
• Monitor warehouse and distribution-related costs and contribute to process efficiency improvements
• Organize and support inventory counts, audits, and compliance-related activities
• Communicate regularly with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse providers, internal departments, and headquarters
• Regularly visit the local warehouse in Bobovica (several times per week) to oversee operational processes, coordinate activities with warehouse service providers, and support efficient warehouse operations
• Act as the primary point of contact between Beko and external warehouse and logistics partners, ensuring timely resolution of operational and organizational issues

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse administration, logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational role
• Working knowledge of SAP systems is a strong advantage
• Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid category B driving license
• Motivated to learn, grow, and continuously improve processes and performance
