THE ROLE:
BallerTV is hiring a dependable, hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join our Indianapolis team. You will help prepare, inspect, organize, and ship the equipment that powers live sports broadcasts across the country. The role also supports inventory control, basic equipment troubleshooting, and BallerCam customer fulfillment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in accurate work, notices the details, and is ready to learn multiple parts of the operation.

Your Daily Duties

• SHIP - Review daily shipping priorities and prepare equipment for upcoming sporting events. Pick, pack, verify, and ship equipment using BallerTV's logistics systems and FedEx. Receive, unload, inspect, and process returned equipment. Help ensure every shipment is accurate, complete, and ready to leave on time.
• INSPECT - Inspect and test tripods, frames, cables, batteries, phones, tablets, and other streaming equipment. Perform basic troubleshooting and approved equipment repairs. Prepare devices, batteries, tool kits, and equipment packages for upcoming events. Identify and report damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
• TRACK - Scan and track equipment using inventory-management systems. Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Keep equipment and work areas organized, clean, and safe. Help load and unload deliveries and support day-to-day warehouse operations.
• FULFILL - Pick, pack, and ship BallerCam customer orders using Shopify. Prepare inventory shipments to Amazon. Monitor packing-supply levels and help replenish materials.
• SUPPORT - Learn multiple warehouse functions through hands-on training. Adapt to changing priorities and support teammates across operational areas. Occasionally make local, same-day equipment deliveries or recoveries.

SCHEDULE & TRAVEL:

• Full-time and on-site in Indianapolis.
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Occasional weekend work based on event demand.
• Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed.
• Occasional local, same-day travel for equipment delivery and recovery; overnight travel is not expected.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This is an active warehouse role that regularly involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. The essential duties include handling equipment and packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Heavier items require team lifting or appropriate equipment. The role may also involve using carts, ladders, and pallet jacks after training.

PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED: Experience with warehouse operations, shipping, inventory management, Shopify, FedEx, or Google Sheets.
