Warehouse and Logistics Associate / Delivery Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse and Logistics Associate who will also serve as a Delivery Driver. This role ensures efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely deliveries to customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Maintain an accurate inventory system through regular audits and cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.

Logistics Coordination

• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules.
• Assist in tracking and managing shipping and receiving activities.
• Resolve any shipping discrepancies in a timely manner.

Delivery Driving

• Load, secure, and transport goods safely to delivery destinations.
• Deliver products to customers on time while adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery details, and provide excellent service.
• Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and routine maintenance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and/or delivery driving preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory software and logistics systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
