Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and well-organized Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipment arrangements, and import/export logistics. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal departments, transporters, warehouse operators, shipping agents, and customers to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely movement of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, loading, and dispatching goods
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring physical stock matches system records
• Arrange stock transfers between company warehouses and third-party warehouses
• Monitor stock levels, warehouse capacity, storage duration, and inventory movements
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate stock discrepancies
• Arrange local transportation, container deliveries, container collections, and inter-warehouse transfers
• Coordinate with transporters, hauliers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries
• Coordinate import and export shipments with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, warehouse transactions, transportation costs, and shipment details

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or import/export operations
• Experience in inventory management, transportation coordination, and shipment documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage
• Good organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet operational deadlines
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage
