Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory movement, inward and outward activities, stock reconciliation, dispatch coordination and warehouse documentation.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, timely material movement, proper storage, dispatch coordination and smooth coordination with logistics partners, transporters, vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations

• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including inward, outward, receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure proper placement and storage of materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain proper identification and segregation of inventory.
• Monitor movement of materials and ensure timely processing of warehouse requests.
• Ensure warehouse activities are carried out as per company processes and SOPs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements and movement.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the warehouse.

2. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of stock, inventory movement and material transactions.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, excesses or damages.
• Track ageing, slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
• Maintain records of damaged, returned and rejected materials.
• Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements.
• Support periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

3. Inward & Outward Material Management

• Receive materials from vendors, suppliers and logistics partners.
• Verify received materials against relevant documents.
• Coordinate inspection and recording of incoming materials.
• Prepare and maintain inward documentation.
• Process material outward requests and ensure accurate dispatch.
• Verify quantity, item details and supporting documents before dispatch.
• Maintain complete records of all inward and outward transactions.

4. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

• Plan and follow up on daily dispatch activities.
• Track shipments and delivery status.
• Follow up on delayed, pending and undelivered consignments.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
• Maintain dispatch and transportation records.
• Ensure timely communication of delivery issues and exceptions.

5. Project Warehouse Operations

• Handle warehouse activities related to Ecommerce Industry
• Coordinate material movement for project requirements.
• Maintain project-wise inventory records.
• Support SRN-related material movement and documentation, where applicable.
• Coordinate with project teams for material issuance, returns and closures.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of project materials.

6. Safety & Process Compliance

• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
• Follow warehouse safety and security procedures.
• Ensure materials are stored in designated locations.
• Report damaged, missing or unsafe materials immediately.
• Follow company policies and warehouse SOPs.
• Support internal and external warehouse audits.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse / Inventory / Logistics / Operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes.
• Experience in inward, outward, dispatch and inventory management.
• Experience in stock reconciliation and physical inventory verification.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage warehouse activities simultaneously.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Warehouse Executive with practical experience in inventory management, inward/outward operations, dispatch coordination, stock reconciliation and warehouse documentation.

The candidate should have strong coordination skills and be comfortable working with transporters, vendors and internal project teams. Candidates with experience in electronics or related warehouse operations will be preferred.
