Warehouse & Logistics Manager

works directly with Sales and Operations in supply planning and inventory management. The role involves developing distribution and delivery processes for products, managing warehouse logistics operations including cold chain and carcass storage, and ensuring compliance with biosecurity standards and vehicle maintenance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Works directly with Sales and Operations in supply planning and identify proactive inventory adjustments to ensure demand and inventory are met
• Follows the standard biosecurity established in all forms regarding their inbound and outbound transactions
• Develop processes of distribution and delivery of products for hogs and poultry requirements as planned
• Plans and manages pull out of products such as live hogs, eggs, live chicken, and others based on sales requirements and availability
• Manages the partnered warehouse logistics (cold chain and carcass) in monitoring the ins and outs of the products stored
• Monitors internal and external vehicle compliance with preventive maintenance systems, repairs, and registration
• Monitors third party trucking vehicles and ensures that it is within standards of our company needs and partner requirements
• Prepares reports and communicates inventory measurement to warehouse management
• Audits supply in the inventory of warehouses compares sales and production date
• Maintains documentation and operating procedures for demand/supply planning process and related systems

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations
• Knowledge of demand planning, inventory control, distribution, and transportation management
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Able to coordinate effectively with Sales, Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and other departments
• Knowledge of cold chain logistics and trucking operations is an advantage
• Willing to travel and conduct warehouse/filed inspections
