WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS MANAGER

We are a leading international restaurant group with a growing multi-brand portfolio and network of restaurants. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, product availability, and reliable on-time delivery across our restaurant network.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, this role is responsible for driving day-to-day operational excellence across Warehouse, Inventory Control, Logistics & Distribution. The ideal candidate is a hands-on and results-oriented leader who can strengthen operational controls, improve productivity, and ensure consistent service levels to our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory handling.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with established SOPs, safety standards, and operational controls.
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, manpower, and workflow to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure proper product handling, storage, and rotation in accordance with quality and food safety requirements.
• Identify operational issues and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

2. Inventory Control

• Ensure inventory records are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with physical stock.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory movements, stock aging, discrepancies, shrinkage, and product losses.
• Ensure effective execution of stock counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
• Strengthen inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies and improve stock accuracy.
• Work closely with PPIC and relevant functions to support product availability and optimal inventory levels.

3. Logistics & Distribution

• Lead end-to-end distribution from warehouse to restaurants/outlets.
• Ensure deliveries are accurate, timely, and aligned with agreed service levels.
• Manage delivery planning, routing, fleet utilization, and daily distribution activities.
• Monitor delivery performance and proactively address delays, delivery issues, and service failures.
• Manage the operational performance of logistics partners and third-party providers where applicable.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and optimize distribution costs.

4. Performance & Process Improvement

• Establish and monitor KPIs covering warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and service levels.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide timely and accurate operational reporting to the Head of Supply Chain.
• Support the implementation and optimization of ERP, WMS, and other warehouse/logistics systems.

5. People Management

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics teams to achieve operational targets.
• Establish clear responsibilities, performance standards, and accountability within the team.
• Build a culture of operational discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective manpower planning and workforce utilization.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with PPIC, Purchasing, Central Kitchen, Operations, Finance, and QA to ensure smooth warehouse and distribution operations.
• Coordinate with relevant functions to resolve inventory, warehouse, and delivery issues.
• Support the Head of Supply Chain in implementing operational improvement initiatives.

Key Success Measures

Success in this role will be primarily measured by:

• Inventory Accuracy — Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize stock discrepancies and product losses.
• On-Time Delivery — Ensure reliable and timely delivery to all restaurants/outlets.
• Warehouse Productivity — Improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, space utilization, and operational discipline.
• Service Level — Ensure consistent and reliable warehouse and distribution support to restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Warehouse and Logistics operations, with strong hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, distribution, and delivery operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or equivalent leadership position within Warehouse and Logistics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B/Restaurant industry, preferably within a multi-brand restaurant group with multiple outlets.
• Proven experience managing high-volume and multi-site warehouse and distribution operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, delivery planning, routing, fleet/3PL management, and logistics performance.
• Proven track record in improving inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, warehouse productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or other warehouse and logistics systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.
• Hands-on, disciplined, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on operational excellence and service level.
