Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and packing materials to effectively support production needs
• Oversee and control the receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished products in an efficient and timely manner
• Optimize and manage external warehouse operations to smoothly support finished product sales and distribution
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure real-time data consistency between physical stock and the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Prepare and submit timely monthly reports covering raw materials, packing materials, and finished products to supervisors
• Supervise and ensure subordinates comply with standard operating procedures and occupational safety rules
• Support and contribute to FSSC 22000 Quality Management Systems and SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a Supervisory level in Warehouse & Logistics
• Strong knowledge and expertise in warehouse and logistics management
• Solid understanding of Import/Export processes and multi-modal shipping (Sea, Air, Land)
• Proficient in MRP (Material Requirement Planning) systems
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate command of English (both written and verbal)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
